About Us

Since 2008, we’ve provided efficient, professional and cost-effective electrical and plumbing services in London. Our ‘no job is too big or too small’ ethos means we work with a vast range of people and in a wide range of places, but there’s always one thing in common: we treat every job with the same professional approach.

We always aim to take the worry out of electrical and plumbing work. We are jargon-free, giving our customers what they want without confusing with technical language. And we provide peace of mind knowing the work has been carried out to the highest standards and to the latest regulations.

Covid 19 Update

Considering the ongoing situation relating to the short-term challenges of covid-19, we wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking.

Our priorities are clear:

Maintaining the health and safety of our staff and our customers.
As a result, we are putting in place several robust safety measures according to government guidelines

For further details please see the attached video clip:

As a result, we are putting in place several robust safety measures eg:

  1. Customers: We will enquire, on first contact, weather the customer or any one in the premises has Covid-19 symptoms or is currently self-isolating. If the answer is yes then we would advise that any works should be postponed until they are clear of the virus or the allocated time for self-isolation has been reached.
  2. Our engineers will be regularly monitoring their own health. If any of them are showing any signs of Covid-19 they will immediately cease work, self-isolate and get tested. Only once they have been tested negative for the virus or the allocated time for self-isolation has been reached, will they return to work.
  3. Once a job has been booked in: We will practice social distancing of 2meters on all jobs (where possible) to minimise contact.
  4. Our engineers will wear face coverings and wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or with hand sanitiser before entering and regularly whilst in the premises or wear disposable gloves.
  5. We will except Card payments and bank transfers as a preferred option of payment.
  6. At the end of jobs we will wipe all used tools down with anti-bacterial wipes and wash hands for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser.
  7. Our office team will also be practicing all the above.
  8. Where quoting is required, we may request video clips and pictures to be sent over before a visit is booked in.

We believe that with these measures in place we can work as safely as possible given the current situation, ensuring the safety of both our staff and our customers.

Here at Cre8 we understand that essential works still need to take place in our homes and our businesses and trust that these measures will allow us to continue to deliver the fantastic service we have become known for.

Stay safe and remember
